In Chinese medicine, the heart is revered as the sovereign leader. She is the ‘mind’, the seat of wisdom, and the director of right action. Every other organ system serves as her council, attuned to her rhythms, moving in devotion to her leadership.

This sovereign heart is guided by your essence, your original life force—your sexual energy—the spark that ignited at the moment of your conception. It carries your utterly unique imprint of vitality, creativity, and presence. It is your source.

Your Queen is the full expression of your heart's wisdom in alignment with your source—and the Inexhaustible Resource.

When you trust, value and embody the undeniable truth of who you are, you are in your Queen.

    Your sexual energy is your life-force essence. Liberate the native intelligence of your body and the truth encoded in your erotic nature. Experience your sexual energy as sacred, creative, and deeply yours. This is the gateway to vitality, authenticity, and simple pleasure, impacting every aspect of your life and bringing integrity to your Sovereign Queen.

  • Month 3: Connecting with Guidance

    EXPANDING YOUR SUBTLE, ANCIENT KNOWING

What You Will Experience

Each month we will gather together online three times.

Weeks 1 & 2: Two 90-minute sessions centered around a practice designed to activate a different key to your sovereignty.

Week 3: One 60-minute open session for discussion, mutual support, coaching, shared inquiry.

Week 4: No meeting — time for integration, grounding in your personal practice, rest.

You’ll also receive three private 90-minute sessions with me. This is the place to receive refined personal guidance, support, healing and insight.

Throughout the journey I’ll be sharing valuable resources, practices, and supporting you with coaching.
